The World Internet of Things Convention 2024, the eighth edition of annual conference hosted by the international organization “World Internet of Things Convention”, was held on November 3, 2024 in Beijing, China. The United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres delivered a written address to the convention.

WIOTC released the World IoT Awards 2024 including WIOT Leading Enterprise Award, WIOT Contribution Award, WIOT Leading Person of the Year Award, and WIOT Project Award.
