Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, be responsible for the proposal of important issues and implementation of decision-making of the Organization.
The Executive Committee shall take the responsibility for managing the Secretariat, the committees and other affiliated bodies as well as the national and regional branches and carry out relevant works in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

The General Secretariat shall be under the direct leadership of the Executive Committee and shall be mainly responsible for carrying out the decisions made by the General Assembly Session, the Presidium meeting and the Executive Committee, and for the planning, organization and implementation of the WIOTC events.
